I felt that I should let people know some of the exciting changes that U-lite 0.9 will feature.

Some possible changes:
Connman instead of network manager
Slim instead of GDM
UI will be designed with smaller screens, including netbooks in mind. But will retain the "normal" desktop model.

I thought I should share a few status updates concerning U-lite.

As everyone can see, the site and theme was updated again. Drupal released a new version that fixed a security issue so the update was needed. The theme that we use to use unfortunately is no longer maintained and that began to create some problems.

As with any site updates, let me know if there are any problems and I will try to track them down.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks on behalf of the community to everyone who donated to our campaign. We successfully raised $200 in 5 weeks and that is a great accomplishment!
